Danica Keravica and Robbie Bishop are leading specialists in luxury hotel management recruitment. With extensive careers in the international hospitality industry and with over 15 years in Recruitment, we launched KaB Executive Search International Consultants in 2015.
Danica Keravica
Robbie has an extensive career within the Hospitality sector holding senior leadership roles in the UK, Middle East and North America. He has worked for luxury properties around the world including the:
– Hyde Park Hotel, London (now Mandarin Oriental),
– Old Course Hotel & Spa, St. Andrews and
– The iconic King Edward Hotel, Toronto.
In addition, he has held regional roles with various brands including Hyatt, IHG and Le Meridien/Starwood.
As VP Sales & Marketing with Le Meridien he oversaw all properties in UK, Ireland and Africa before moving to North America where he led the Sales operation for all properties within Le Meridien from Brazil to Canada.
After a period working in the Senior Living sector where he headed up the National sales efforts for Holiday Retirement he decided to move over to the world of recruitment.
Recruitment has been an amazing opportunity to marry his love and passion for the Hospitality world along with his expertise with identifying world-class talent.

Oscar Hernández
Originally from Colombia, Oscar has worked within the Hospitality industry for more than 15 years in different positions including extensive Sales experience.
He has worked for notable properties including the W Bogota and JW Marriott Bogota.
Oscar left Colombia to move to Canada with his family, and had a great opportunity to join the KaB Executive Search International team in 2019.
Oscar quickly developed the skills to efficiently source quality candidates for a variety of positions for a wide range of Clients. Oscar has been instrumental in developing and growing our international markets, specifically with Spanish-speaking countries.

June Spicer
June is a hospitality professional, hotel enthusiast and a travel lover.
She has had significant international experience living and working in many different countries, such as Thailand, South Korea, Switzerland, Australia, and Canada.
She holds a B.A. Degree with Honours in Hotel & Events Management from IMI International Management Institute in Switzerland.
She has held positions in many different departments at different hotels, from boutique family-owned properties to large hotel chains such as IHG Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.
After over ten years of experience in working in the hotel industry, she is transferring her skills to the hospitality recruitment field to find talented professionals with a passion for hotels and resorts around the world.

Mary Tawadros
Mary grew up moving and traveling to different countries with her family which sparked her love for hospitality and experiencing different cultures.
She pursued her passion and holds a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University.
Mary has experience working with properties such as independent co-op hostels to 5- star luxury in Toronto, Dubai, Bahrain, and Qatar. These companies include One&Only, Jumeirah, and Accor.
After holding different positions both in front and back of house departments in hotels over 13 years, Mary has decided to use her acquired skills to find strong candidates who share her passion for hospitality service from the heart.

Astrid Rosas
Astrid first fell in love with hospitality and travelling while on a family trip to Greece.
Her interest for different cultures and travel led her to pursue a B.A in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University.
Astrid has held many positions including front desk agent, reservations agent and host across different hotels and tourist attractions including the CN Tower and the Grand Hotel & Suites in Toronto.
She also has international living experience in various countries, including Mexico, Canada and Japan.
After working in the hospitality industry for over 7 years, Astrid is using her skills and knowledge to find qualified professionals, who like her also have a passion for travelling and hospitality.

Christine Joy Laquihon
Born and raised in the Philippines, Christine has always loved nature, seeing new places, and interacting with people. She adores the thought of travelling to different places and getting to know the cultures and perspectives of others. This is the reason she chose to enroll in a hospitality-related course.
In 2015, Christine received her bachelor’s degree with honours at West Visayas State University in the Philippines. Then, immediately after she graduated, Christine decided to take a step following her dream, to work in a luxury hotel. She began as a reservations agent, worked as a concierge, and was given the chance to join the Shangri-La Group in 2016 as a Guest Services and Front Desk associate.
Then, a few years later, Christine made the decision to go to Canada to pursue a much bigger dream. She started working at the Delta by Marriott London Armouries two months after arriving in the fall of 2022. Her best memories span a year and a half while employed at Marriott. This year, she made the decision to take a more significant step. Christine is eager to put the knowledge she has acquired to use by seeking out candidates who genuinely want to offer the highest level of service.
